Every student deserves a teacher of their own.
ELAD Schools provides 1:1 and small-group online tutoring for K-12 students — real certified teachers, math and reading intervention, and progress reports you can actually read.
Why we exist
A little dedicated time with a real teacher is still the most powerful intervention in education. We built ELAD Schools to give every student more of it.
Show up, every week
The same tutor, the same time, every session. Consistency is the whole trick — and we protect it.
Start where the student is
A short diagnostic before session one. We build the plan around actual skill gaps, not a one-size curriculum.
Tell you everything
Notes after every session, skill tracking against grade-level standards, and monthly summaries for teachers and families.
What we offer
Tutoring, built around the student.
Eight programs, one philosophy: small groups or one-on-one, always led by a certified teacher who chose this work.
1:1 online tutoring
One student, one certified teacher, goals set together and adjusted as the student grows.
Grades K-12Small-group tutoring
Groups of three to six, matched by skill level so nobody waits and nobody hides.
1:3 to 1:6 groupsMath intervention
From number sense to algebra readiness — we find the gaps and close them in order.

A short conversation — or a form, if you prefer — about goals, struggles, schedule and personality.
-

A certified teacher who knows the subject, fits the schedule, and clicks with the student. Not an algorithm.
-
Sessions begin
25 to 50 minutes, during the school day, after school or over the summer — on any laptop or tablet with a browser.
-
You see the progress
Session notes after every meeting, skill tracking against grade standards, and a monthly summary in plain language.
Our tutors
Real teachers, not a gig app.
Every ELAD Schools tutor is a certified K-12 teacher, background-checked and trained in small-group intervention — and every one of them chose to teach.
Elementary math
Number sense, fractions and math-facts fluency — the foundations everything else stands on.
Reading intervention
Structured literacy, phonics and fluency for readers who need a different door into the text.
Bilingual educator
Spanish and English instruction, so multilingual learners keep growing in both languages.
Special education
IEP-aligned support with tutors trained in special education practice and infinite patience.
Every tutor is background-checked, interviewed by a teacher, and observed in a live session before they ever meet a student.

Questions
The things people ask first.
Certified K-12 teachers — current or former — who are background-checked, interviewed by one of our lead teachers, and observed in a live session before they ever meet a student. Many specialize in intervention, ELL or special education.
K-12 math, reading and writing, and science — plus ELL and bilingual support, special-education support aligned to IEP goals, homework help and test prep. The yellow strip above isn’t decoration; it’s the menu.
Whenever they fit: during the school day, after school, evenings or over breaks. Sessions run 25 to 50 minutes on any laptop or tablet with a browser — no software to install.
Twenty minutes: meet a tutor, try a mini lesson, and get a straightforward recommendation — including “you may not need us.” No card required, no obligation, no follow-up ambush.
Your tutor writes session notes after every meeting, skills are tracked against grade-level standards, and you get a one-page monthly summary. If we partner with your school, teachers see the same notes.
It depends on 1:1 versus small group and how many students are involved. Families get simple packages they can cancel anytime; schools and districts get volume pricing built around their budget. Tell us your situation and we’ll be straight with you.
